Control Tower Assistant

Bristol

Main Purpose of the role

DSV are recruiting for a Control Tower Assistant in Bristol. This role will ensure smooth operations by handling day-to-day irregularities liaising with customers and suppliers and maintaining compliance with security safety company and environmental regulations.

What will you be doing

• Responsible for tasks with low to medium complexity
• Handle day-to-day operational challenges or irregularities escalating when appropriate
• Provide excellent customer service by liaising with customers and suppliers
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Internal Operating Procedures (IOPs)
• Provide support for the team by completing additional tasks as required
• Ensure compliance with security safety company and environmental regulations

About You

• Can work under pressure and be focused with good attention to detail.
• Be Flexible and adaptable
• Possess good analytical skills
• Logical thinking ability
• Excellent command of the English language
• Previous knowledge and be proficient in the use of MS Office
