We are hiring for our client a leading construction and civil engineering contractor to recruit an experienced Contracts Manager for their growing Building Department. This is an excellent opportunity for a Contracts Manager to join a well-established business delivering residential commercial educational and infrastructure projects across Northern Ireland and Ireland.

The successful Contracts Manager will play a key role in managing projects from pre-construction through to completion ensuring quality delivery programme adherence and strong client relationships.

The Role

• Manage residential and commercial construction projects from start to finish
• Ensure compliance with health & safety environmental and legal standards
• Oversee project programmes quality assurance and contract administration
• Lead site teams subcontractors and stakeholder relationships
• Monitor budgets project costs and financial performance
• Support design management and technical coordination on D&B projects
• Drive continuous improvement and maintain IMS procedures

The Person

• 10 years relevant construction experience with a related qualification
• Strong residential construction project experience essential
• Experience with JCT NEC PWC contracts and PCSA stages
• Excellent leadership communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong IT skills including MS Office and MS Project
• Full driving licence and relevant industry certifications
