Description

We are hiring for our client for a Construction Project Coordinator to join a growing and well-established construction business delivering high-quality projects across a range of sectors. This is an excellent opportunity for a Construction Project Coordinator looking to gain broad project exposure and develop within a supportive and fast-paced environment.

The successful Construction Project Coordinator will work closely with directors site teams engineers and clients to support projects from pre-construction through to completion.

The Role

Assist with the planning coordination and delivery of construction projects
Support project scheduling procurement and programme management
Liaise with clients consultants subcontractors and site teams
Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or delays
Prepare project documentation reports and meeting notes
Attend site meetings and support operational project activities
Assist with health & safety and quality compliance across projects
Provide general coordination and administrative support to the wider team

The Person

Previous experience within the construction industry preferred
Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Proactive approach with strong attention to detail
Good Microsoft Office and project software skills
Understanding of construction processes and health & safety requirements
Construction-related qualification advantageous but not essential
