CNC Operator Full-Time

Role:
We are currently recruiting on behalf of a reputable client for a skilled CNC Operator to join a
growing manufacturing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for
precision engineering and a desire to contribute to high-quality production in a fast-paced
environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate CNC router machinery to produce accurate parts and components.
Interpret engineering drawings and CAD models for correct machine setup.
Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines to ensure optimal performance.
Conduct quality checks using measuring tools and gauges.
Assemble components in line with health and safety standards.
Handle and move materials safely within a workshop or warehouse environment.
Collaborate with colleagues to streamline production processes and reduce waste.
Maintain a clean safe and organised workspace.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in CNC operation.
Strong mathematical skills for precise measurement and calculation.
Hands-on experience with materials such as Aluminium ACM Acrylics Foamex and MDF.
Working knowledge of CAD software VCarve and/or Adobe Illustrator preferred.
Mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues.
Previous experience in assembly work is advantageous.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing top-quality work.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Background in signage is beneficial but not essential.
