Our bustling café sits at the heart of the guest experience and we are looking for a passionate reliable leader to help us maintain our high standards of service.

The Role

We are seeking a reliable detail-oriented Supervisor to maintain exceptional customer service and presentation within the restaurant; to start as early as July 2026.

As the Cafe Supervisor you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the seamless delivery of food and beverages managing all aspects of customer service within the Café. This hands-on position includes supervising the team during your shift ensuring the efficient operation of the Café from setup to cleanup.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a comparable role preferred.
• Must be hands on and take ownership of day-to-day operations.
• Strong attention to detail and genuine pride in delivering high-quality presentation.
• Excellent time-management skills with the ability to work independently or collaboratively as part of a small team.
• Reliable punctual and flexible approach to working hours (including weekends)
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of all dining spaces.
• Physically capable of manual tasks including prolonged standing lifting bending and carrying.
• Own transport would be advantageous due to the location.
• Promptly report any maintenance issues or inventory shortages to management
• Strictly adhere to Food Safety & Health & Safety processes at all times.
• Provide polite professional interactions with guests and respond to any requests efficiently and courteously.

Skills We Love

• Experience in cafés bars or restaurants required (e.g. making coffee serving food).
• Experience in hospitality or customer service required.
• Strong interpersonal skills & a customer-focused smileperfect for chatting with families!
