- Lead operational teams by setting objectives managing performance and ensuring staff have the necessary skills.
- Translate business goals into financial targets business cases and project plans while managing budgets and profitability.
- Manage complex multi-disciplinary projects with mid- to long-term timelines to meet delivery standards.
- Monitor team performance and enforce organisational policies and codes of conduct.
- Ensure contract compliance with delivery parameters and scope.
- Analyse data and advise clients and stakeholders on project impacts.
- Develop and improve project management processes aligned with business objectives.
- Foster relationships with internal stakeholders to enhance efficiency and collaboration.
- Provide technical expertise and strategic advice to senior managers.
- Build and maintain client relationships ensuring alignment and clear communication.
- Account leadership and Bid writing
- Experience in Higher Education
- Laboratory experience preferred
- Proven ability managing complex projects and leading teams
- Recognised project management expert in your field
- Experience managing executive-level business relationships
- Account leadership and bid writing experience
