Associate Project Manager (Universities)

• Lead operational teams by setting objectives managing performance and ensuring staff have the necessary skills.
• Translate business goals into financial targets business cases and project plans while managing budgets and profitability.
• Manage complex multi-disciplinary projects with mid- to long-term timelines to meet delivery standards.
• Monitor team performance and enforce organisational policies and codes of conduct.
• Ensure contract compliance with delivery parameters and scope.
• Analyse data and advise clients and stakeholders on project impacts.
• Develop and improve project management processes aligned with business objectives.
• Foster relationships with internal stakeholders to enhance efficiency and collaboration.
• Provide technical expertise and strategic advice to senior managers.
• Build and maintain client relationships ensuring alignment and clear communication.
• Account leadership and Bid writing

• Experience in Higher Education
• Laboratory experience preferred
• Proven ability managing complex projects and leading teams
• Recognised project management expert in your field
• Experience managing executive-level business relationships
• Account leadership and bid writing experience
