Our Programme Advisory team specialises in the strategy set-up and transformation of major programmes and asset owning enterprises within the transport defence utilities and power sectors in the UK and internationally.

The Opportunity
We are looking for enthusiastic talented and proactive individuals to join our Programme Integration team within Programme Advisory. Our growing team needs people with hands on experience working in a major project environment whether youre a champion of change a connoisseur of consents or a perfect PM wed love to hear from you about how you could help us to deliver tangible results for our clients.
Programme Integration is at the heart of the Programme Advisory Team. We work across the entire development lifecycle providing a range of services to our clients including programme and portfolio set up and delivery transition management governance and assurance solutions and consents stakeholder and sponsorship management. Overnight stays at the job site may be required to support our Clients.
As part of the Programme Integration team your key responsibilities will include:
- Working as part of an integrated project team to ensure the delivery of key client deliverables
- Designing and facilitating client workshops and presentations
- Managing client relationships
- Identifying and realising business development opportunities
- Contributing towards the preparation of bid proposals
- Supporting internal initiatives within the Programme Advisory team such as the development of programme integration products and methodologies
- Mentoring and/or managing members of the Programme Advisory team
- Line managing junior staff (where applicable)
- Provide strategic consultancy services to clients on logistics and supply chain management.
- Support the development and implementation of innovative logistics strategies to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Advise clients on best practices in logistics operations including transportation warehousing and distribution.
- Conduct thorough analyses of clients logistics processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to design and implement customized logistics solutions.
- Support the development of logistics-related proposals and presentations for clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends emerging technologies and best practices to provide cutting-edge advice.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in logistics operations.
- Support the development of an integrated best in class Construction / Logistics Delivery Planning service offer.
