Mid-Level AI/ML Engineer Automation & Delivery - 450 per day (Inside IR35)
6 month contract
Fully Remote UK Based
SC Clearance required
Were looking for a Mid-Level AI/ML Engineer to design and deliver automation solutions that drive efficiency across the business.
This role sits at the intersection of AI engineering and operational deliveryworking closely with technical teams to identify manual bottlenecks and translate them into scalable AI-driven solutions.
What youll be doing
Attend technical and IT meetings to identify inefficiencies and automation opportunities
Translate business pain points into clear AI/ML use cases and delivery plans
Design and build LLM- and ML-based solutions to improve internal processes
Deploy automation tools and AI agents that enhance quality speed and consistency
Collaborate with architects and stakeholders owning delivery of well-scoped initiatives
What youll bring
AI / ML (24 years experience)
Hands-on experience delivering ML solutions in production or advanced prototypes
Strong understanding of:
Supervised learning evaluation metrics overfitting/regularisation
NLP fundamentals (embeddings classification summarisation)
Experience with:
PyTorch or TensorFlow
LLM APIs or open-source models
Strong Python Skills and APIs (FastAPI Flask Django)
Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases
Experience with data ingestion transformation and validation
Understanding of handling sensitive data and PII
