Job Summary
BMS Sales Manager with Projects experience.
Whats on offer:
Strong order book with consistent project flow.
Typical projects around 250k with larger schemes pushing 1m.
Full lifecycle role from enquiry through to tender and award.
Client facing and site based.
Ideal applicants will be able to:
Build and price BMS solutions including points lists estimates and tenders.
Manage relationships with contractors and end users
Take ownership of projects and grow with the business.
