Recruitment Fraud Statement: Job applicants should be aware of recruitment fraud , which is a sophisticated scam offering fake job opportunities to job seekers. This type of fraud is normally carried out through online services such as false websites and social media accounts or through fake e-mails and messages claiming to be from the company. The scammers will frequently use the company logo, or names of executives or staff acquired from publicly available information, in order to give an appearance of legitimacy. The fraudsters will often make false offers of employment and request recipients to provide personal information and to make payments as part of their fake recruiting process. We believe the best way to stop this fraud, that targets job seekers, is to make all prospective candidates aware that this can happen. How to identify recruitment fraud? All Togetherall applicants are required to apply for jobs through https://togetherall.hire.trakstar.com/ Togetherall employees will use the “@togetherall.com” email address only. Other variations on this email address should be assumed to be fraudulent. Togetherall will always do at least one video interview with prospective candidates prior to any job offers being made. Again, this will be arranged from an “@togetherall.com” email address and other forms of contact using other variations of this email address should be assumed to be fraudulent. Fraudulent job postings often do not mention required qualifications and job responsibilities, but instead focus on the amount of money to be made. Fraudulent job offers often ask for financial or personal information early in the process. A fraudulent offer may ask you to book travel through a certain travel agency with the promise to reimburse travel costs, or buy equipment for reimbursement. Togetherall does not ask for any financial commitment or contribution from a candidate at any stage of the recruitment process. Togetherall has no responsibility for fraudulent offers and advises candidates to follow the guidance provided above.
