Senior Customs Process Administrator

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process import customs declarations accurately and in compliance with Thai Customs regulations.

• Handle import entries under various tax privilege schemes including FTA (Form E Form D etc.) checking BOI Free Zone Excise Tax privileges and etc.

• Ensure timely customs clearance while maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

• Provide support for urgent shipments by working on standby after office hours weekends or night shifts when required.

• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and customers.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Logistics Supply Chain Business Administration or a related field.

• At least23 years of experiencein import customs operations preferably within theapparel automotive or electronicsindustry.

• Hands-on experience preparing import entries under tax privilege programs such asFTA (Form E Form D etc.) BOI and Excise Tax.

• Experience processing import permits throughTISINSW FDA and other regulatory systems.

• Strong knowledge of Thai Customs regulations and customs clearance procedures.

• Experience coordinating with government agencies includingCustoms FDA DOA DFT and other relevant authorities.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Willingness to work on-call weekends or night shifts when business requires.

• Good communication skills in both Thai and English.
