Job Responsibilities
Local market expansion: Develop customers across Thailands industrial-products market focusing on manufacturing processing and supply-chain segments. Visit existing customer factories and new target accounts; identify business opportunities and drive sample testing technical collaboration and bulk-order conversion.
Sales target achievement: Build and execute a personal sales plan; hit assigned sales-volume collection and new-customer-development targets. Recommend pricing promotion and channel strategies tuned to the local Thai market.
Customer relationships & opportunity conversion: Maintain existing local accounts and convert leads passed from the domestic sales team into orders. Maintain customer files; produce regular reports on competitor activity price trends and customer feedback.
Local influence building: Represent the company at industry exhibitions and technical exchange events. Help adapt and localise product solutions and service models for the Thai market.
Qualifications
35 years sales experience in industrial products (machinery components electronic components fuses or similar). Candidates with an established local customer base in Thai manufacturing are strongly preferred.
Languages: Fluent Thai (listening speaking reading writing) able to independently visit customers and conduct technical discussions. Working proficiency in Chinese OR English required; Chinese strongly preferred for efficient communication with the HQ team.
Proven ability to develop new customers independently negotiate commercial terms and manage contract execution.
Open to all qualified candidates regardless of gender age or background.
