THE ROLE
You will collaborate with a diverse partner communityincluding distributors traditional system integrators born-in-cloud partners and AI-native partnersalongside other AWS teams to build architectures proof of concepts and demonstrations of AWS services by working backwards from their customers business needs to accelerate the adoption of appropriate AWS technology.
A key focus of this role is accelerating both migration and AI transformation through partners. You will drive large-scale migration initiatives while simultaneously building and scaling an Agentic Platform that empowers partners to deliver AI-driven autonomous solutions to their customers. You will help shape and design partner solutions covering a spread of domains from migration of core applications and workloads to working with GenAI Agentic AI AI/ML microservices containers app development IoT and more. Being able to continuously expand your technological knowledgeparticularly in migration methodologies and emerging agentic and autonomous AI capabilitiesand having an interest in designing industry-applicable architectures that demonstrate business value are essential for this role.
PARTNER COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT
You will be responsible for managing and scaling relationships across multiple partner types to accelerate both migration and AI adoption:
Distributors: Enable and empower distribution partners to extend AWS reach providing technical enablement for migration and AI services go-to-market support and architectural guidance that cascades through their partner networks
Traditional System Integrators: Work with established SI partners to modernize their migration practices integrate AWS services into their delivery models and help them evolve their capabilities to include AI and agentic solutions alongside traditional migration offerings
Born-in-Cloud Partners: Engage with cloud-native partners who have built their business models around cloud technologies helping them scale their AWS migration practices and develop advanced capabilities in emerging AI technologies
AI Partners: Collaborate with AI-native and specialized AI partners to co-innovate on industry solutions integrate their technologies with AWS services and accelerate customer adoption of intelligent autonomous systems that complement migration journeys
MIGRATION ACCELERATION
You will drive migration velocity and scale through your partner community by:
Enabling partners to execute large-scale migration programs using AWS Migration Acceleration Program (MAP) and other migration frameworks
Building partner capabilities in migration assessment planning and execution methodologies
Developing migration-specific reference architectures tools and accelerators for partners
Coaching partners on migration best practices including the 7Rs (Rehost Replatform Refactor etc.)
Helping partners integrate AI/ML capabilities into migration workflows to optimize and accelerate customer migrations
Driving partner-attached migration ARR and ensuring successful migration outcomes
AGENTIC PLATFORM DEVELOPMENT
A critical component of your role is building up an Agentic Platform for partners that enables them to:
Develop deploy and scale autonomous AI agents that can reason plan and execute complex tasks
Integrate agentic capabilities into their existing migration and modernization solutions
Leverage AWS AI/ML services to create intelligent self-improving systems that enhance migration and post-migration optimization
Build partner competencies and certifications around agentic AI technologies
Create reusable frameworks reference architectures and accelerators for agentic solutions that complement migration journeys
TRUSTED TECHNICAL ADVISOR
As a trusted technical advisor youll use your interpersonal skills to influence a variety of stakeholdersfrom technical teams to executivesacross your partner community. Youll help ensure their short-term technology decisions around migration and AI are aligned with their long-term strategic goals. Helping partners work with customers to accelerate adoption of AWS migration services and AI capabilities will be part of your day-to-day activities.
COMMUNITY EVANGELIST & THOUGHT LEADER
Youll also act as an evangelist in the wider community. This includes taking part in educating sharing best practices presenting at events writing whitepapers blogs and running workshops focused on partner enablement migration acceleration agentic AI and emerging technologies. You wont just want to be part of an industry movement; youll want to be leading it.
BUILDER & PRODUCT INFLUENCER
As a Builder youll also have the chance to shape the direction of our products and services. This is through gathering feedback from partners and their customers whilst collaborating with our engineering and service teams to influence the roadmap of AWSs migration tools agentic capabilities and AI services.

About the team
This role is part of the ASEAN Partner team working with our Systems Integration (SI) consulting partners and is based out of our Malaysia office. Youll work as part of a team that helps partners think strategically through business product and technical challenges and then crafts and delivers enablement programs to help AWS Partners build more profitable faster-growing businesses with a more diverse portfolio of solutions for their customers.

- Basic qualifications
- 3 years of specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development cloud computing systems engineering infrastructure security networking data & analytics) experience
- 2 years of design implementation or consulting in applications and infrastructures experience
- 4 years of IT development or implementation/consulting in the software or Internet industries experience

- 3 years of infrastructure architecture database architecture and networking experience
- Experience migrating or transforming legacy customer solutions to the cloud
- Experience working with end user or developer communities
