Role & Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of health pricing strategies to ensure competitive and profitable pricing of health products.
• Conduct thorough actuarial analysis and modeling to support pricing decisions.
• Collaborate with H&P and product solution teams to align pricing strategies with business objectives.
• Monitor and analyze market trends regulatory changes and competitor pricing to inform pricing strategies.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Continuously improve pricing models and methodologies to enhance accuracy and efficiency including providing mentorship and guidance to junior actuaries.
• Manage the approval process for product launches including obtaining necessary approvals from OIC and GPAC.

Minimum requirements:

• Bachelors degree in actuarial science Mathematics Statistics or a related field.
• ASA or continues professional education through taking and passing actuarial exams is preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in health insurance pricing or related actuarial field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in actuarial software and tools (e.g. SQL Prophet Excel AI).
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of health insurance regulations and market dynamics.
