Our client a global supplier of high-precision die bonding and micro-assembly equipment is expanding its APAC operations in Thailand. They are seeking a Business Administration Specialist to support the management sales and service teams as they scale the Thailand business.
This is a hands-on cross-functional role at the heart of a growing high-tech operation ideal for someone who enjoys variety ownership and working in an international environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide accounting administration support including timesheets expense management and coordination with the accounting team
Manage travel arrangements scheduling and logistics for the regional team
Handle document management filing and correspondence
Support reporting activities for management sales and service functions
Coordinate office operations and general business administration
Liaise with internal stakeholders across Thailand Malaysia and headquarters in Europe
What Were Looking For
Proven experience in a business administration office management or executive support role
Background in an international or technical company environment preferred
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
Good English communication skills both written and spoken
Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities
Proficient in Microsoft Office and standard business tools
Must be eligible to work in Thailand
Logistics
A private car is preferred due to the office location.
