طبيعة الوظيفة: يمثل الذاكرة المالية للمشروع ويسجل جميع العمليات المالية بما يشمل مدفوعات المقاولين مقبوضات البيع الرواتب المصاريف والمشتريات. يتابع مستحقات المقاولين وأقساط المشترين ويعد التقارير المالية والإقرارات الضريبية ويحافظ على الأرشيف المالي.
Main Responsibilities:
Record daily financial transactions in the approved accounting system.
Process contractor payments sales receipts salaries operating expenses and purchases.
Prepare monthly payroll and coordinate salary payments.
Track subcontractor dues and prepare payment orders after engineering approval.
Follow up buyer installment collections and report delays.
Prepare monthly financial reports: income statement balance sheet and cash flow.
Prepare tax declarations and coordinate with tax authorities.
Maintain organized financial archives.
Requirements
Academic Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance; professional certifications in international standards accounting software and cost accounting are preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience including 3 years in project accounting or construction company accounting.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in accounting software andExcel.
Knowledge and skill in report writing.
Ability to analyze data.
Good knowledge of corporate financial and tax laws within the Syrian context.
Personal Skills: Accuracy integrity and confidentiality.
1. الشهادات العلمية:بكالوريوس محاسبة أو مالية ويفضل شهادات مهنية في المعايير الدولية وبرامج المحاسبة والتكاليف .
2. الخبرة:خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات منها 3 سنوات في محاسبة المشاريع أو الشركات الإنشائية
3. المهارات الفنية:
إتقان برامج المحاسبة وExcel
معرفة ومهارة في كتابة التقارير
القدرة على تحليل البيانات
معرفة جيدة بالقوانين المالية والضريبيسة للشركات في البيئة السورية
4. المهارات الشخصية:دقة ونزاهة وسرية
