About the Role
As a Sales & Business Development Manager you will play a key role in driving the growth of our Mobile Security products and services. Youll collaborate with talented colleagues across engineering product and business teams to deliver secure scalable and high-quality solutions used by millions globally.
To succeed in this role it is essential that you are adaptable proactive and solution oriented. You combine strong communication skills with analytical thinking and you are comfortable navigating complex technical and commercial environments. Your ability to build trust take initiative and maintain a positive forward-looking attitude enables you to drive results and foster long-term relationships both within the team and with our customers.
In this role you will:
- Manage and develop existing customer accounts and identify/pursue new business opportunities.
- Lead complex solution sales processes including RFX/tender negotiations and generate sales forecasts and quotes.
- Build and enhance business relationships with customers presenting and consulting at various organizational levels.
Qualifications
We are looking for a technically skilled individual who potentially has transitioned into a commercial role. You are an extrovert with strong interpersonal skills and a keen ability to read people. Your enthusiasm and ambition drive you forward and your technical background enables you to understand complex solutions. You are persistent never give up easily and always look for ways to move forward. As a true go-getter you take initiative and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
Moreover you need to have:
- Experience in international sales within telecommunications/software.
- Strong account management and new business development skills.
- Ability to sell both commodities and complex solutions.
- Understanding global network operations and connectivity.
- Experience with RFX/tender negotiations.
- Knowledge of eSIM vs SIM MNO business.
- Comfortable with administrative tasks.
- Fluent in English and Swedish.
It is extra good if you have:
- Technical background ideally transitioned into a commercial role.
- Experience in logistics within telco.
- Experience working in diverse international environments.
- Extroverted enthusiastic ambitious and resilient personality.
