The Position

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Technical Scrum Master to support the delivery and continuous improvement of complex technology services and products within an enterprise environment.

The successful candidate will combine strong Scrum Master capabilities with solid technical understanding enabling effective delivery across cross-functional teams including engineering business analysis testing architecture infrastructure and operations. This role focuses on agile delivery excellence dependency management stakeholder alignment and continuous improvement in technically complex landscapes.

Key Responsibilities

Agile Delivery Leadership

  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning daily stand-ups backlog refinement sprint reviews and retrospectives.

  • Coach teams on Agile and Scrum principles fostering accountability collaboration transparency and continuous improvement.

  • Support teams in delivering high-quality outcomes aligned with business priorities and roadmap commitments.

  • Promote predictable delivery through effective planning estimation and capacity management.

Technical Delivery Coordination

  • Work closely with developers testers architects analysts product owners and support teams to coordinate delivery across technical workstreams.

  • Understand technical dependencies across applications APIs integrations cloud platforms and enterprise systems.

  • Help teams manage blockers risks release readiness and cross-team dependencies.

  • Support delivery of infrastructure integration CIAM platform and application initiatives where required.

Stakeholder Management and Governance

  • Communicate progress risks impediments milestones and delivery options to technical and business stakeholders.

  • Prepare concise status reporting dashboards and governance materials.

  • Facilitate alignment between product engineering operations security and business functions.

  • Drive action tracking and decision follow-up across multiple stakeholder groups.

Operational and Service Management Alignment

  • Coordinate with support and operational teams to ensure smooth releases and post-deployment readiness.

  • Support change release incident and problem management processes where applicable.

  • Help ensure delivery aligns with enterprise controls documentation and audit expectations.

  • Promote DevOps and operational ownership mindsets across teams.

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify delivery inefficiencies recurring blockers and improvement opportunities.

  • Use metrics such as velocity lead time cycle time defects and predictability to improve team performance.

  • Foster a culture of learning accountability and engineering excellence.

  • Support scaling Agile practices across multiple teams where relevant.

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science Business Engineering or a related field. Equivalent practical experience is also valued.

Experience

  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master Technical Scrum Master Agile Delivery Lead or similar role.

  • Experience working with software engineering testing infrastructure integration or digital product teams.

  • Experience operating in complex enterprise environments with multiple stakeholders and dependencies.

  • Experience in regulated industries such as healthcare life sciences finance or similar sectors is highly valued.

Technical Skills

  • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks including Scrum Kanban and scaled delivery models.

  • Good technical understanding of software delivery lifecycle APIs integrations cloud environments and enterprise platforms.

  • Familiarity with CI/CD concepts DevOps practices release management and operational support models.

  • Experience with delivery tools such as Jira Confluence Azure DevOps or equivalent.

  • Experience using dashboards reporting metrics and planning tools.

  • Familiarity with enterprise service management processes and tooling such as ServiceNow is an advantage.

  • Strong organizational and prioritization abilities.

  • Structured proactive and delivery-oriented mindset.

  • Ability to challenge constructively and remove blockers effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in regulated industries such as healthcare life sciences finance or similar sectors.

  • Nice to have experience with GxP processes and Computer System Validation (CSV) frameworks.

  • Nice to have familiarity with ITIL processes and service management practices.

  • Nice to have hands-on experience working with ServiceNow.

  • Experience supporting technical teams working with SAP Customer Data Cloud (SAP CDC) integration platforms cloud services or similar enterprise technologies.

  • Scrum certifications such as PSM CSM SAFe Scrum Master or equivalent are an advantage.

  • Experience with Agile / Scrum delivery environments across multiple teams.
