Youllbeaccountable for the quality and execution of the projects. Day-to-dayyoullwork closely with teams across the business (Engineering Supply Design&Overhaul) ensure Alstom legal and contractual rights are protected and much more.
Youll specifically take careofdriving the execution of the project according to contractual requirements and customer expectations (summarized in contract charter) to maximize the results with respect to cash and margin whilst delivering on time in conformity with Alstom project management and execution processes but also seek and propose additional opportunities.
Welllooktoyoufor:
Be accountable for project QCDP performance andoptimizeProject Financial performance (Margin & Cash).
As owner ofthe ProjectManagement you will be responsiblefortheprojectgovernance. Defineprojectstrategyin linewithcontractrequirementsincludingPMPelaborationandobjectivesallocationtoSub-Systems(planningcostquality performance).
Lead andcoordinateprojectactivitiesandstakeholdersfromtransfertoclose-outincluding:
Proper transferfromtendertoproject
DefinitionofProjectobjectivesandmaindrivers (product/serviceperformanceplanning)toachievecustomersatisfactionintheframeoftheContract
Resourcesmanagement: define inadvanceprojectcoreteamstaffing aswellashis/herWPresourcesandscalatewhenprojectresourcesavailabledonotmatchtheprojectneeds
Ensuringcompliancewithapplicablerulesinstructionsandstandards: CodeofEthics&Compliance EHSRailwaySafetyQuality Project Management Manual
Manage customer and external stakeholders relationship: continuously ensuring alignment with customer contractual requirements Alstom representative towards Customers and when applicable externalstakeholders andensuring contract management and variation orders towards customer
Allaboutyou
:
Degree inIndustrial Material Chemical Engineering or related.
Language skillsrequired: advanced/business fluent level of Englishand Spanish.
Desirable knowledge and experience working with SAPCatiaorSolidworks.
