Digital Workplace -Support Specialist (m/f/d)
Role Description
The Digital Workplace Support Specialist (m/f/d) will provide remote and office IT support for Syntax employees in these areas:
Hybrid PC Mac environmentfor3000 employees worldwide
Microsoft Office 365Syntax Corporate applications
EmployeeITonboarding
Office meeting rooms and Videoconferencing support VIP Support
Office networking LAN/WLAN/VPN Cabling/Office Racks- Telephony
Working in day-to-dayoperationsandin remoteworkbut some office work is alsorequired. Only casual traveling
Would be part of the Global ITDigital WorkplaceTeam working with colleagues split over America EuropeAfricaand main goal isprovidingthe best DEX (Digital Employee Experience) for Syntax employees.
Must be Barcelona based and working at least 2 days a week from the Syntax Barcelon office. Occasionally travel tothe Madridoffice.

Role & Responsibilities
Work in day-to-day operationsincluding incident/problem and change managementrelated to workplace services. Providing L2support.L1 support is provided by the SyntaxServicedeskandL3 bySenior Microsoft / Workplace administrators
Work in integration projects migrating / consolidating infrastructure newroll-outsor migrations
Create documentation for end-users and technical documentation for other team members
PC/Mac/PeripheralsAsset management including hardware break-fix support
VIP Support for mangers and IT support for office meetings / events
Education & Languages
Proficient English written and spoken level is required as working in an international team. Documentation and meetings are done in English.
Desirable Microsoft Certifications
DesirableITIL and other IT Industry certifications
Mandatory Requirements:
Nationality or Work Authorization: Spanish or Portuguese nationality or alternatively a permanent work permit/VISA for Spain or Portugal.
