The Digital Services & Solutions Manager for Surgery Spain is responsible for shaping and executingthe strategy for digital solutions and service offerings that enhance customer value accelerateportfolio adoption and support sustainable business growth. This role connects commercialpriorities customer needs and digital capabilities to develop scalable solutions that improve
clinical operational and economic outcomes for healthcare providers. The position requires closecollaboration with Sales Marketing Strategic Accounts Medical Affairs Professional EducationGlobal and EMEA digital teams Legal Compliance and external partners to ensure successfuldeployment adoption and optimization of digital services across the Surgery business in Spain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the digital services and solutions strategy for Surgery Spain alignedwith business priorities customer needs and portfolio growth objectives.

  • Identify prioritize and localize digital solutions and service opportunities that addresshospital workflow challenges customer engagement needs and value-based careexpectations.

  • Lead the deployment and adoption of digital platforms service models and connectedsolutions in partnership with commercial teams customers and cross-functionalstakeholders.

  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales Marketing Strategic Accounts Medical AffairsProfessional Education Legal and Compliance to ensure digital initiatives are relevantscalable and fully compliant.

  • Act as the local business owner for digital service implementation managing launchplans stakeholder engagement change management and customer adoption to maximizeimpact.

  • Translate customer insights and market trends into business cases pilots and solutionroadmaps that improve customer experience operational efficiency and competitivedifferentiation.

  • Monitor solution performance through adoption utilization customer satisfaction andbusiness impact metrics using data and insights to continuously optimize execution.

  • Manage digital services projects vendors budgets and timelines ensuring strongexecution discipline and alignment with local and regional priorities.

  • Serve as a strategic partner to the Surgery leadership team in Spain bringing a digitalmindset to commercial execution customer partnerships and future business modeldevelopment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Relevant experience in robotic solutions capital selling service contracts deploymentdigital health digital services customer solutions commercial excellence strategicmarketing consulting or business development within MedTech healthcare or the hospitalenvironment.

  • Strong understanding of healthcare digitalization hospital workflows customerengagement models and solution adoption drivers; knowledge of the Surgery environment ishighly valued.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects influence stakeholders withoutdirect authority and drive execution across commercial technical and operational teams.

  • Experience in solution launches implementation projects business case development orcustomer success initiatives with strong understanding of compliance privacy andgovernance requirements.

  • Excellent communication project management analytical and clinical and non-clinicalstakeholder engagement skills with the ability to translate strategy into practical customer facing solutions.
