Design Engineer – Processes (Isolator & Cleanroom Systems)

We are looking for a motivated and technically driven Design Engineer to support the successful execution of customer-specific projects within our isolator and pharmaceutical process business.
In this role you will work closely with cross-functional teams suppliers and customers to deliver high-quality compliant and tailored engineering solutions.

• Manage customer orders with a high degree of customization based on defined concepts and engineering standards
• Coordinate and clarify interfaces between upstream/downstream equipment and customer systems
• Develop and implement customised isolator and pharmaceutical process solutions
• Perform ventilation-related calculations including airflow and H₂O₂ distribution
• Create and maintain technical documentation with a focus on functional flow diagrams (VFF)
• Conduct risk assessments and support the resolution of technical issues and customer complaints
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders external partners and customers throughout the project lifecycle
• Preparation of process flow diagrams and execution of calculations

Qualifications :

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering Process Engineering HVAC or a related discipline
• Solid knowledge of cleanroom technology and GMP requirements within the pharmaceutical industry
• Initial professional experience in a comparable environment is advantageous
• Strong communication skills in both German and English
• Structured independent and solution-oriented working style
• Team-oriented mindset with flexibility and resilience
• Willingness to travel depending on project requirements
