Job Description:

Have overall product responsibility at a national level.

What will your day-to-day look like
- Operational and business management of the Customs department.
- Leading the team.
- Developing our brokerage business.
- Supporting our sales force (including customer visits).
- Ongoing monitoring of customs regulations and processes.
- Optimization of existing and new internal processes.
- Compliance with local regulations (Customs Representative License required).
- Communicating and acting as a liaison with key stakeholders including local and international customers customs authorities and relevant people and functions within the organization.

- Customs Representative qualification/license.
- Strong knowledge of AEO requirements and processes.
- Extensive knowledge and experience in brokerage regulations processes and procedures.
- Leadership and collaboration skills strong team player resilient.
- Ability to make decisions multitask and work under pressure.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Quality- and efficiency-driven proactive dynamic and well organized.
- Customer-focused attitude.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft systems and tools.
- English (strong written and spoken communication skills are essential).
