As an AI Governance & Program Operations Lead you will play a critical role in shaping how AI is governed delivered and scaled across this global role you will build and run the operating model that enables AI innovation to move fast while meeting governance regulatory and audit expectations. Working across functions and with senior stakeholders you will bring structure clarity and momentum to Arxadas enterprise AI portfoliohelping turn ideas into trusted productionready solutions that deliver real business value.

Essential Job Functions:

• Lead the operation of Arxadas AI governance framework ensuring clear lifecycle controls ownership and accountability across AI initiatives
• Own and maintain a trusted AI system and agent inventory ensuring visibility accuracy and alignment with governance expectations
• Drive audit readiness by coordinating evidence collection and maintaining clear structured and uptodate governance documentation
• Run the weekly AI pipeline operating rhythm including intake prioritization stage progression action tracking and escalation
• Lead delivery of selected AI initiatives endtoend from scope definition through golive readiness and handover to operations
• Provide concise decisionready reporting and leadership visibility on progress risks and dependencies

Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven experience in program operations PMO or project management across complex crossfunctional initiatives
• Experience operating governance compliance risk or auditoriented programs; AI experience is an advantage but not required
• Strong ability to translate ambiguity into clear operating models cadences and actionable artifacts
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across functions and seniority levels
• Clear structured written communication skills including status updates decision briefs and evidence packs
