Mainresponsibilities
Bookingmanagementandrelationshipwithparticipants
- Manageparticipantsaccommodationrequests.
- Respondtospecificrequests(modificationsspecialrequestsreminders).
- Proposesolutionsadaptedtoeachcustomerprofileinrelationtotheavailableoffer.
- Issuecommercialproposalsaccordingtotheproject.
Projectmonitoringandinternalcoordination
- Managecontractsconditionsandoffersininternaltools(ManageMantra).
- Ensurethecorrectintegrationofthedataintothesystem.
- Coordinatewithhotelstoensureavailabilityrateconsistencyandconditions.
Billingandadministrativefollow-up
- Draftingreservationcontracts.
- Follow-upofpaymentsandbillingofservicesprovided.
- Transmitthenecessaryinformationtothefinanceteamandensurethetraceabilityofexchanges.
Trackingcustomersatisfaction
- Followuponparticipantfeedbackandanticipatecomplaints.
- Handleanomaliesandincidentsrelatedtobookings.
- Workincoordinationwithpartnerstoprovidetimelyandeffectivesolutionstoproblemsencountered.
