Mainresponsibilities


Bookingmanagementandrelationshipwithparticipants

  • Manageparticipantsaccommodationrequests.
  • Respondtospecificrequests(modificationsspecialrequestsreminders).
  • Proposesolutionsadaptedtoeachcustomerprofileinrelationtotheavailableoffer.
  • Issuecommercialproposalsaccordingtotheproject.


Projectmonitoringandinternalcoordination

  • Managecontractsconditionsandoffersininternaltools(ManageMantra).
  • Ensurethecorrectintegrationofthedataintothesystem.
  • Coordinatewithhotelstoensureavailabilityrateconsistencyandconditions.


Billingandadministrativefollow-up

  • Draftingreservationcontracts.
  • Follow-upofpaymentsandbillingofservicesprovided.
  • Transmitthenecessaryinformationtothefinanceteamandensurethetraceabilityofexchanges.


Trackingcustomersatisfaction

  • Followuponparticipantfeedbackandanticipatecomplaints.
  • Handleanomaliesandincidentsrelatedtobookings.
  • Workincoordinationwithpartnerstoprovidetimelyandeffectivesolutionstoproblemsencountered.


TechnicalSkills:

  • Hotelbooking:masteryofthebookingprocessfromnegotiationtoconfirmation.
  • Marketing:theabilitytopromotethediscountsandexclusiveoffersoffered.
  • Servicequalitycontrol:managementofcustomerreturnsontime
  • Administrativemonitoring:rigorinthemanagementofcontractsremindersandinvoicing.
