Job Summary

Duties & Responsibilities

Manage the financial performance of the area including labour costs overtime leave contract contribution and overheads
Ensure accurate monthly reporting income statement verification and PRP sign-offs
Lead and manage security personnel including supervisors and officers ensuring compliance with PSIRA and labour legislation
Oversee rosters time & attendance absenteeism and staff deployment
Maintain high service delivery standards conducting regular client meetings audits and resolving queries
Ensure security operations comply with site specifications SLAs and PSIRA standards
Identify and pursue business development and growth opportunities within the area
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards and SHEQ requirements
Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships including SAPS and regulatory bodies
