Job Summary
ADMIN CONTROLLER VACANCY LUXURY PROPERTY DULLSTROOM
Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Admin Controller for a luxury property based in Dullstroom.
This role is ideal for a strong administrator with bookkeeping and HR administration experience who thrives in a structured hospitality environment and enjoys supporting operational efficiency behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Administration:
- Maintain employee records and staff files
- Process leave applications and attendance records
- Assist with payroll administration and staff queries
- Manage the staff clock-in system
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes
- Assist with staff training administration
Bookkeeping & Finance Support:
- Manage petty cash cash-ups and till reconciliations
- Prepare and distribute daily revenue reports
- Monitor daily bank balances and financial updates
- Verify invoices receipts and supporting documentation
- Assist with supplier invoice processing
- Reconcile POS reports and audit financial records
- Assist with commission tips and bonus administration
General Administration:
- Maintain company licences and important documentation
- Assist with internal event coordination
- Support senior management with administrative tasks
- Liaise with suppliers and service providers
- Assist with stock control support when required
- Ensure company records and documentation are safely maintained
Requirements:
- Previous administration experience within hospitality or a similar environment
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Bookkeeping and financial administration experience advantageous
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Professional confidential and proactive approach
- Good computer literacy and administrative systems knowledge
