Skiller Whale is on a mission is to change what engineering teams are capable of. Instead of relying on generic online videos, or waiting for developers to learn ‘organically’, we provide live team coaching - problem-based learning with a rapid feedback loop from a live expert that is targeted to team and individual needs. We're a small, and ambitious company that has raised funding, and we’re now growing to keep up with demand while making sure our learners continue to love what we do. That means there are lots of opportunities for people who want to make a significant impact and grow with the company. Longer term, we want to move beyond software engineers and be the go-to global provider for professional learning (roughly a $360bn industry).
