Job Summary

Facility management responsibilities: 
Planning the optimal use of workspace and resources and reorganization with the aim of optimal use of space and cost management
Coordination with the contract company for ongoing maintenance in order to ensure the operational and technical functionality of the office space
Coordination of space maintenance including electrical installations video surveillance alarm systems air conditioning heating and parking
Management of systems for booking workplaces parking spaces and meeting rooms
Coordination of maintaining the hygiene of business premises
Maintenance of the ventilation system and grease separator in the RBSM canteen
Announcing and approving works during working hours and outside of working hours to the security of the building and the contract company for ongoing maintenance
Inventory of office and warehouse keys and alarm codes with accompanying documentation as needed
Supervising the works of contractors and controlling them
Responsibility for coordinating the maintenance of the Bosch advertising sign on the roof of the office building
Coordination of the vehicle fleet

FCM-SES Responsibilities:

Support and inform CAUP and local management regarding important security issues topics
Operational implementation of security measures which are derived from the site security framework (NITRO)
Implementation and management of all technical security systems; Reporting on the status of implementation of measures
Safety training for new employees and safety awareness activities at the site level.
Management and coordination of cooperation with external security providers (procurement documentation monitoring...).
Investigation support (on request)

Qualifications :

Who you are 
You have proven expertise in project management
You have Bachelors degree of Technical faculty or similar. 
You have minimum 1 years of professional experience in facility management. 
You are fluent English in speaking and written. 
You have worked with MS Office. 
You have excellent organization and communication skills. 
You have knowledge from security topics and risk assessment (this will be considered as beneficial).
