Job Summary

Additional Skills & Competencies:
- 710 years of relevant experience in planning and scheduling with a strong focus on Saudi Aramco projects
- Proven experience working within Saudi Aramco standards procedures and project controls environment
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or Civil Engineering
- Professional certification is highly preferred such as Certified Planning & Scheduling Professional (PSP) from AACE International or Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP) from the Project Management Institute
- Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 (planning scheduling resource loading and progress tracking)
- Strong familiarity with Saudi Aramco engineering standards particularly SAEP-331 and related project control procedures
Core Responsibilities:
- Develop update and maintain detailed project schedules (Level 3 & 4) in Primavera P6
- Monitor project progress identify delays and recommend corrective actions
- Perform critical path analysis earned value analysis and schedule risk assessments
- Prepare periodic progress reports dashboards and management presentations
- Coordinate with engineering procurement and construction teams to ensure alignment with project timelines
- Review Subcontractor schedules and ensure compliance with project requirements and Saudi Aramco standards
Additional Skills & Competencies:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and reporting skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Experience in cost control and integration with planning is an advantage
- Familiarity with other tools such as Excel advanced functions and reporting tools (e.g. Power BI) is a plus
- Strong understanding of project lifecycle EPC phases and interface management
