Job Summary
- Role Summary:Experienced Superintendent Production responsible for overseeing daily production operations ensuring efficiency safety compliance and achievement of production targets in a high-performance industrial environment.
- Key Responsibilities:Oversee and manage daily production operationsEnsure production targets and KPIs are achievedMonitor and optimize production processesEnsure compliance with HSE and quality standardsLead train and manage production teamsPrepare reports on performance output and improvements

- Experience Requirements:8 12 years in production/plant operations preferably in Oil & Gas Petrochemical or Manufacturing industries
- Education:Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Chemical or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent)
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of HSE laws regulations and international standards. Expertise in risk assessment hazard identification and incident investigation. Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (QMS). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and leadership abilities. Ability to conduct audits and training programs effectively. Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.
