Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead project document control activities and document management workflows.
- Manage document registers correspondence logs and review tracking.
- Ensure proper filing numbering distribution and traceability of project documents.
- Coordinate document review cycles with discipline engineers and EPC contractors.
- Monitor document submission status and ensure timely responses.
- Support project reporting and document control compliance audits.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Certification in document management preferred.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in oil & gas / petrochemical projects.
- Strong experience with Assai or similar document management software.
- Excellent knowledge of document control procedures engineering document workflows and contractor coordination.
- Proficient in MS Office.
