Job Purpose Summary:

The Property Supervisor is responsible for managing day-to-day property operations at the site level and serving as the primary point of contact for tenants. The role ensures smooth tenant experience coordinates maintenance activities conducts inspections and maintains accurate property data. The position is accountable for timely service delivery unit readiness and accurate operational reporting while supporting leasing activities and ensuring compliance with community standards.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Tenant Relations & Frontline Service:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for tenants regarding daily operational matters.
  • Address tenant inquiries requests and concerns in within defined service timelines.
  • Ensure a high level of tenant satisfaction and service quality.
  • Support tenant onboarding and orientation during move-in.
  • Maintain positive relationships with tenants to enhance retention.
  • Own tenant requests end-to-end until full resolution and closure.
• Unit Inspections & Handover Management:
  • Conduct pre-move-in and post-move-out inspections of units.
  • Ensure units meet required standards before handover to tenants.
  • Document inspection findings and coordinate necessary corrective actions.
  • Support the move-in and move-out process to ensure smooth transitions.
  • Maintain accurate records for deposit reconciliation purposes.
  • Ensure all inspections are completed within defined timelines and properly recorded in the system.
• Maintenance Coordination & Issue Tracking:
  • Receive and route tenant maintenance requests to the FM team.
  • Track progress of maintenance activities and ensure closure within defined SLAs.
  • Follow up to ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Coordinate with FM teams to minimize disruption to tenants.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance requests actions taken and resolutions status.
• Site Monitoring & Community Compliance:
  • Monitor common areas lobbies parking zones and shared facilities.
  • Ensure compliance with community rules and lease terms.
  • Identify and report any safety security or maintenance issues.
  • Support enforcement of property policies to maintain a harmonious environment.
  • Escalate non-compliance or repeated issues to the Senior Property Supervisor.
• Leasing Support & System Updates:
  • Coordinate with leasing and brokerage teams to facilitate unit showings.
  • Ensure vacant units are accessible clean and ready for viewing at all times.
  • Update the Property Management System (PMS) with real-time and accurate data on unit status.
  • Maintain accurate tenant records and property information.
  • Support structured reporting by ensuring data accuracy and completeness in the system.
  • Flag any delays in unit readiness or leasing activities to the Senior Property Supervisor.

Any other task assigned by the direct superior.

Skills:

• Technical / Functional Skills:

Education:

Diploma or equivalent degree in Business Administration Real Estate Property Management Hospitality or related field.

Computer Literacy:

• Computer literate.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Property Management Systems (PMS).

Languages:

English fluent.
Arabic is preferred.

Experience

• 5-8 years of experience in property management customer service or real estate operations.
