Job Summary
We are currently hiring a skilled HVAC Technician with experience in maintenance activities including Preventive Maintenance (PM) Corrective Maintenance (CM) and Split AC installation. The ideal candidate should possess strong troubleshooting abilities and sound knowledge of PTW (Permit to Work) procedures while ensuring compliance with safety standards and operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM) activities for HVAC systems
- Install service and troubleshoot Split AC units and related equipment
- Diagnose HVAC faults and perform repair and replacement works efficiently
- Ensure compliance with PTW procedures company policies and HSE standards
- Conduct routine inspections testing and performance checks of HVAC equipment
- Maintain proper service reports maintenance records and job documentation
- Coordinate with supervisors engineers and site teams during maintenance activities
- Ensure tools and equipment are used safely and maintained properly
- Attend breakdown calls and resolve issues within the required timeframe
Requirements
- Minimum 34 years of experience in HVAC maintenance within Oil & Gas or industrial environments
- Hands-on experience in PM & CM activities of HVAC systems
- Experience in Split AC installation servicing and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of PTW (Permit to Work) procedures is mandatory
- Strong troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and under site conditions
- Familiarity with safety regulations and maintenance standards
- Technical diploma or certification in HVAC/Refrigeration is preferred

- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to read technical drawings and maintenance manuals
- Flexible to work shifts and attend emergency maintenance calls when required
