What you will be doing:

• Assist the Food & Beverage team in daily operations across restaurants bars and events.

• Support service during breakfast lunch dinner and banquets ensuring seamless guest experiences.

• Prepare tables mise-en-place and service areas to brand standards before each shift.

• Greet and engage with guests providing attentive service and handling requests with care.

• Learn and apply service standards upselling techniques and menu knowledge.

• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operations and timely service.

• Observe and practice proper handling of food beverages and equipment in line with hygiene standards.

• Support the team during events themed nights and special promotions.

• Demonstrate enthusiasm to learn and adapt to different areas within Food & Beverage.

• Provide feedback and share ideas for improving service and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications :

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

• Currently pursuing studies in Hospitality Tourism or related field

• Strong interest in Food & Beverage operations and guest service

• Positive attitude well-groomed appearance and team spirit

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Willingness to learn adapt and take initiative in a fast-paced environment

• Basic understanding of hygiene and safety standards is an advantage
