Job Summary
- Provide AV support for classrooms conference rooms offices and university events.
- Set up and operate microphones mixers speakers projectors laptops and AV sources.
- Support indoor and outdoor events including load-in and load-out activities.
- Troubleshoot AV systems digital signage LED media wall and media mesh issues.
- Add remove relocate and upgrade AV equipment as required.
- Perform preventive maintenance before Fall and Spring semesters.
- Maintain AV spare parts tools consumables and inventory documentation.
- Respond quickly to AV assistance requests and ensure smooth daily operations
Requirements
- 35 years of experience in AV support or event AV operations.
- Knowledge of classroom AV systems projectors audio systems LED walls and digital signage.
- Experience in troubleshooting preventive maintenance and equipment setup.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
