We are supporting our client by hiring an experienced Artificial Intelligence (AI) Developer) to join their team.

Job Purpose Summary:

The Artificial Intelligence (AI) Developer is responsible for supporting the design development and deployment of AI and machine learning solutions to enhance the companys real estate operations. The role focuses on building predictive models analyzing large datasets and integrating AI capabilities into business systems. This position plays a key role in enabling data-driven decision-making improving operational efficiency and supporting innovation across property management leasing and financial functions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• AI Model Development & Application:
  • Assist in the design and development of machine learning and AI models.
  • Build models for real estate use cases such as rental price prediction occupancy forecasting and tenant churn analysis.
  • Test and validate model performance to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Support deployment of models into production environments.
  • Continuously refine models based on data insights and feedback.
• Data Collection Preparation & Engineering:
  • Collect and process structured and unstructured data from multiple sources.
  • Clean transform and prepare datasets for AI model training.
  • Ensure data quality consistency and integrity.
  • Collaborate with Business Analyst and IT teams to access relevant data sources.
  • Maintain datasets for ongoing model development and improvement.
• AI Integration & System Enhancement:
  • Support integration of AI capabilities into ERP CRM and property management systems (e.g. Odoo).
  • Develop automation solutions to enhance workflows and operational efficiency.
  • Work with System Administrator to ensure compatibility and performance.
  • Implement APIs and tools to embed AI functionalities into business systems.
  • Support digital transformation initiatives through intelligent automation.
• Data Visualization & Business Insights:
  • Develop dashboards and visual reports using tools such as Power BI Tableau or Python libraries.
  • Present AI-driven insights on leasing performance leasing trends and operational metrics.
  • Support management decision-making through clear and actionable analytics.
  • Translate complex data into understandable business insights.
  • Ensure reporting aligns with business and strategic objectives.
• Research Innovation & Documentation:
  • Stay updated on latest AI technologies tools and industry trends.
  • Explore innovative applications of AI within real estate operations.
  • Document models algorithms and development processes.
  • Contribute to knowledge sharing within the Digital Transformation team.
  • Support continuous improvement and innovation initiatives

Skills:

• Technical / Functional Skills:
  • Machine learning and AI model development.
  • Data analysis and preprocessing (Python SQL).
  • Experience with AI frameworks (TensorFlow PyTorch Scikit-learn).
  • Data visualization tools (Power BI Tableau).
  • Knowledge of APIs and system integration.

Education:

Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Data Science Artificial Intelligence Information Systems or similar field.

Computer Literacy:

• Advanced computer skills.
• Proficiency in:

  • AI/ML frameworks.

Languages:

English fluent.

Arabic is a plus.

Experience

• 57 years of experience in AI data science or machine learning roles.
• Experience in data analytics predictive modeling or system integration is preferred.
• Experience in real estate analytics or ERP systems is an advantage.
