RSPONSIBILITIES:
Provide project support to Project Manager Governance Lead and Contract Manager within the Network Vendor Management team
Support end-to-end project coordination activities including action tracking milestone monitoring stakeholder coordination and maintaining project documentation
Prepare maintain and improve project reporting materials dashboards trackers and governance documentation to ensure transparency and support decision-making
Collect validate consolidate and manage project data from multiple sources ensuring data accuracy consistency and completeness
Develop and maintain reporting dashboards using Power BI Excel and SharePoint to monitor project progress risks milestones dependencies and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Manage SharePoint project sites documentation libraries and collaboration spaces ensuring information is structured and easily accessible
Support data quality activities including maintenance of project databases and CMDB-related information
Build strong working relationships with stakeholders and demonstrate behaviors aligned with company values collaboration principles and governance standards

REQUIRED Skills & Experience:
Experience in project coordination project support or project administration roles
Strong Excel skills including data analysis reporting formulas automation and tracker development
Experience creating dashboards and reports in Power BI is an advantage
Knowledge of SharePoint for document management and collaboration
Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work with complex datasets and translate information into clear actionable reporting solutions
Detail-oriented mindset with focus on data accuracy and continuous improvement
