Role Overview

Carlsberg is undergoing a significant digital transformation and were seeking a Project Coordinator to support our Source to Pay stream within the SAP S/4HANA migration program. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a global initiative ensuring smooth execution of finance-related deliverables.

What Youll Be Doing

• Coordinating and tracking deliverables within the Source to Pay stream collaborating with StP Leads BPMs SMEs developers external consultants as well as the Lead Project Manager.
• Monitoring progress and maintaining project dashboards using tools such as Jira and SAP Cloud ALM.
• Preparing and updating project documentation including status reports risk logs and stakeholder communications.
• Supporting change management activities and ensuring alignment across S2P processes.
• Organizing and facilitating project meetings including scheduling agenda preparation and action item follow-up.
• Coordinating e-invoicing implementation across markets ensuring alignment with regulatory and global standards.
• Monitoring ERP (e.g. S/4HANA) integrations and testing with e-invoicing platforms.
• Collaborating with tax legal and technical teams to ensure regulatory compliance.
  

What Were Looking For

• Bachelors degree in Finance Procurement Management Project Management or related field.
• Solid organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Previous experience in project coordination or SAP projects is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Jira Confluence or similar tools is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural cross-functional environment.
