Full Stack Developer (all genders)

A bootstrapped profitable SaaS company founded in 2020 building a cloud platform used by agencies to manage leads and applicants including white-label client portals. With a lean ambitious team of around 10 people and a flat hierarchy the company operates with the speed and ownership culture of a true product startup without the pressure of external investors or client project work.

The engineering team works on a modern MEVN stack (MongoDB Express Vue ) ships real product features and has direct ownership over the work they build. For developers who want impact without bureaucracy this is a standout opportunity.

What Youll Be Doing

As a Full Stack Developer the successful candidate will contribute to the full product development lifecycle from feature ideation to deployment in close collaboration with Product Design and fellow engineers.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing new end-to-end features across frontend and backend for a growing SaaS platform

• Designing building and integrating REST APIs; optimizing existing services for performance and scalability

• Ensuring high code quality through testing debugging and code reviews

• Modeling maintaining and tuning MongoDB databases

• Contributing to technical architecture decisions and cloud deployment pipelines

• Collaborating in an agile fast-moving environment alongside Product and UX/UI

• Sharing knowledge and driving continuous improvement across the team

What the Ideal Candidate Brings

Must-haves:

• 23 years of professional experience in full-stack web development

• Strong TypeScript skills

• Solid proficiency with Vue or React and MongoDB

• Native or near-native German communication skills (C1/C2) - this is a firm requirement

Nice to have:

• Experience with Tailwind CSS

• Familiarity with the full MEVN stack

• Exposure to cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines

• Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban)

A university degree is not required hands-on experience and the ability to ship quality code are what count.

Team Structure

The successful candidate will join a team of 4 developers working alongside a Product Manager and UX/UI Designer. The role reports directly to the CTO and Co-Founder with short decision-making paths and regular direct feedback.

• Base salary:gross per year (depending on experience)
