Founding Engineer Prediction Markets & AI Agents Warsaw (4 days on-site) $90k-$120k B2B Equity
Im recruiting on behalf of a Warsaw-based startup that just raised $2M from a top European VC. Theyre building an AI-native operating system for prediction markets deterministic agents that discover analyse and execute live strategies across centralised and decentralised platforms. Think real money real markets live from day one.
This is a founding engineering role. Not founding in title only. The team is experienced math quant and product founders who move fast. You wont be managing a ticket queue. Youll be building and owning the core of the product.
What the work actually looks like
Building and owning the agent orchestration runtime async distributed designed to run live strategies without constant intervention
Real-time data pipelines pulling from exchanges via APIs and WebSockets
Execution engine connecting to markets and handling order and position logic
Risk systems built into the runtime not added later
Web3 integration wallets on-chain data multi-platform execution
Market discovery dashboards that surface what the agents find into something actionable
What you need
5 years of backend engineering in Python or Go
Experience with distributed systems and financial data pipelines
Hands-on with Docker Redis or Kafka PostgreSQL
AWS deployment and monitoring you set it up yourself
Genuine understanding of how financial markets work
Degree in Computer Science or Mathematics
