Job Summary
Type of contract: B2B contract
Salary range: 170-214 PLN/H
What will you do
You will join a dedicated team developing flagship AI and ML solutions that are transforming the Credit and Lending this role you will lead the design and delivery of scalable production-ready AI solutions work closely with business stakeholders and help shape the technical direction of key initiatives in a fast-paced innovative and stable environment.
Your tasks
- Write and maintain high-quality testable and reusable code
- Lead the design of scalable and robust AI/ML solutions
- Own engineering execution from technical design to production deployment
- Mentor and support other engineers in their daily work
- Co-create and promote coding standards and AI best practices
- Evaluate and prototype new technologies related to RAG LLM optimization and agentic architectures
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders across AI programmes
- Ensure solutions are aligned with platform vision and long-term architecture
Requirements
- 4 years of hands-on experience working with Python and its ML/AI ecosystem
- Strong experience with LLMs including architectures fine-tuning RAG prompt engineering and agentic systems
- Solid knowledge of machine learning deep learning and NLP with hands-on project experience
- Experience with databases and messaging including PostgreSQL vector databases Redis and Pub/Sub
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture APIs observability and concurrency
- Experience making architectural decisions and designing scalable systems
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure or GCP) containers Kubernetes and CI/CD tools
- Commitment to engineering excellence including TDD and BDD practices
- Very good English communication skills and ability to work with business and technical stakeholders
- Openness to work hybrid from our clients office (Kraków) 8 days per month
