Main Responsibilities

• Own problems end-to-endfrom idea to production

• Deliver features without relying on fully defined or perfect specifications

• Work directly with product design data and other engineers

• Operate in small highly autonomous teams

• Use AI agents for specifications coding analysis testing and iteration

• Deliver 2x the output of a non-AI using Senior Engineer

• Improve our internal agent network and development workflows

• Move across the stack when needed

• Focus on user and business outcomes not output

Core Requirements

• Proven experience designing building and deploying AI-native tools or applications within an organization which has seen measurable successful adoption

• Comfortable operating with minimal guidance and with no initial acceptance criteria

• Strong product mindset: focus on problems outcomes and impactnot just tickets or tasks

• 5 years of development experience building something real (product system tool startup side project meaningful feature)

• Strong expertise in native IOS or Android development desire to work cross functionally / as full-stack

• Experience with backend development

• Proven experience building full-stack features across mobile applications
