YOUR TASKS

Preparation of settlements of transport costs
Verification of the correctness of subcontractors invoices
Preparation of cost settlements with company branches
Handling income settlements
Completion and distribution of transport documents including customs documents
Cooperation with subcontractors in the field of transport services
Contact with internal and external customers
Scanning of documents preparation of reports and indicators

OUR EXPECTATIONS

Experience in office work
Ability to use MS Office package in practice (in particular Outlook and Excel)
Ability to work with numbers
Accuracy and good organization of work
Engagement in the duties you perform
Willingness to develop and learn in the field of road transport
Ability to cooperate effectively within a team
Knowledge of Polish language
Knowledge of English language will be an advantage
