DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a GS Financial Service Innovation (FSI) Team Lead located in the Philippines

The Global Services Finance organization provides best-in-class cost-effective financial services and compliancein a J&J wayto our Operating Companies around the world. Our strong knowledge of our customers financial processes understanding of their requirements controls and business drivers and a continuous-improvement mindset allow us to deliver consistently high-quality operational results worldwide.

The GS FSI Team Lead supports all financial processes within GSF scope related to the business transitions divestitures and/or acquisitions projects.

The role requires a high level of motivation and confidence the ability to work independently and meet critical deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
Project Management

• Support the deployment of specific finance projects with focus on the global services tier including supporting Operation teams as needed
• To complete the deployment plan specific to the region or global process supported for each GS / Finance Strategic Program that needs to be stood up in the region
• Accountable for a smooth transition to new operating model with minimal disruption to the operations
• Collaborator focus adaptable to the needs of the business
• Accountable for issue and risk resolution & partner concern to management where required
• Handle interdependencies with other initiatives local and global
• Ensure team members have the appropriate skills supporting tools and technologies to enable them to deliver excellent customer service
• Provide leadership mentor training and guidance to team so they can proactively carry out their role to the highest possible standard
• Continuously ensure alignment of project initiatives with the global design
• Optimally supervise multiple projects concurrently

Qualifications:

Education

• A Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance.

Required

• 2 to 5 years of working experience in Finance
• Project management experience desired
• Deployment solutions organizational change experience desired
• Familiar with General Finance Principles and Processes
• May have responsibilities for managing indirect teams or contingent labor as project needs arise

Professional proficiencies

• Strong leadership skills to lead and collaborate with a team with a defined area of responsibility

Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company operating as DePuy Synthes.
