Job Summary
This is a remote position.
- Edit high-converting ads for Meta TikTok Instagram Reels YouTube Shorts and other paid social platforms.
- Create performance-driven edits using a mix of AI-generated assets UGC content stock footage motion graphics voiceovers and organic clips.
- Build strong openings scroll-stopping hooks pattern interrupts and retention-focused sequences.
- Edit with a deep understanding of pacing clarity emotional pull and conversion intent.
- Adapt edits based on creative strategy ad performance and feedback from Creative Strategists and Media Buyers.
- Produce multiple variations and iterations of winning ads quickly.
- Use AI tools to create enhance and iterate video assets.
- Work with tools such as VEO3 HeyGen ElevenLabs Seedance Runway Kling AI and similar AI video/audio platforms.
- Create realistic AI-driven video outputs with attention to natural lip sync voice matching facial expressions and believable human-like performances.
- Use prompting techniques to generate stronger AI assets scenes voices characters and visual sequences.
- Stay updated on the latest AI video tools trends workflows and viral content formats.
- Help the team improve AI-assisted production speed and quality.
- Understand what makes an ad perform from an editing perspective.
- Analyze winning ads and apply creative insights into future edits.
- Identify what editing patterns hooks pacing and formats are working.
- Help improve the quality and consistency of creative output across the team.
- Ensure videos are clear polished platform-native and aligned with performance goals.
- Maintain fast turnaround times without sacrificing quality.
- Work closely with the Lead Video Editor to support the performance editing team.
- Help mentor guide and provide feedback to junior/mid-level editors when needed.
- Support quality control across edits before they move forward.
- Help organize tools workflows assets references and editing resources.
- Assist in improving editing processes creative standards and team efficiency.
- Act as a strong senior presence within the editing team.
- Minimum 5 years of professional video editing experience.
- Advanced proficiency in performance video editing for paid social ads.
- Strong experience with AI-powered video creation and editing workflows.
- Fast editing speed is required. This role requires someone who can move quickly produce high-quality edits under tight timelines and keep up with a high-volume performance marketing environment.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as:

- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with Creative Strategists Media Buyers and other editors.
