Senior Salesforce Technical Developer

Knowles Electronics (Philippines) Corporation is seeking a Senior Salesforce Technical Developer to lead the design development and optimization of scalable highperformance Salesforce solutions. This role requires deep handson expertise in Salesforce development integrations and platform architecture as well as the ability to provide technical leadership and mentoring within a crossfunctional team.

Key Responsibilities

Design develop and implement complex Salesforce solutions using Apex Lightning Web Components (LWC) Aura and Visualforce

Architect and optimize business logic using Apex triggers batch queueable scheduled and asynchronous processing

Lead the development of userfriendly and scalable custom UI solutions in Lightning Experience

Design and implement integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs platform events and middleware tools

Translate complex business requirements into robust technical designs and specifications

Provide technical leadership through code reviews bestpractice guidance and mentoring of junior developers

Ensure compliance with Salesforce governor limits security model and platform best practices

Drive performance tuning optimization and refactoring for longterm maintainability

Manage deployments using Salesforce DX CI/CD pipelines version control and DevOps tools

Collaborate with architects QA admins and product owners throughout the development lifecycle

Support production issues perform rootcause analysis and implement longterm fixes

Create and maintain technical documentation design artifacts and test coverage

Experience & Technical Skills

• 56 years of handson Salesforce development experience
• Expertlevel proficiency in:
• Apex (advanced triggers async processing framework design)
• Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• SOQL/SOSL and complex data modeling
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture including:
• Security model (profiles permission sets role hierarchy sharing rules)
• Governor limits and performance optimization
• Experience working with Sales Cloud Service Cloud and/or Experience Cloud
• Proven background designing and supporting enterprisescale Salesforce integrations
• Proficiency with Gitbased version control and Salesforce deployment strategies
• Strong analytical problemsolving and communication skills
