We have a great opportunity for an Senior Electrical Engineerto join our Building Services group.

Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Design of electrical engineering projects for internal clients predominantly in the Building Services space including using design software as required to develop and deliver technically excellent electrical designs and prepare drawings as required.
• Provide technical / design expertise into projects as required and manage the activities of engineering and support staff in this area.
• Support and lead where assigned in report writing investigation and technical analysis of client deliverables.
• Understand the clients expectations and foster client relationships.
• Manage client expectations regarding project time cost quality and client contact frequency.
• Build effective relationships with other project delivery teams across the national business.
• Build effective relationships with clients client relationship managers service line leaders and other key stakeholders as required.

What you will bring to the team:

• 10 years relevant experience preferably in a consulting environment.
• UAE project experience is required
• Proven experience and a sound understanding of current electrical building services engineering technologies.

• Proven experience in the management of electrical building services engineering projects.

• Sound knowledge of relevant electrical standards including UAE codes
• Sound knowledge in the use of industry standard calculation packages for lighting (AGI32 / Dialux) and electrical design (PowerCAD).
• Sound knowledge in switchboards sizing electrical schematic design power reticulation generator installations UPS system design communication system design lighting design emergency lighting design fire detection and alarm design lightning protection design.
• Sound knowledge in the use of industry standard drawing packages (AutoCAD Revit Autodesk Construction Cloud Navisworks Bluebeam)

This job offer is based in either Makati Quezon City or Cebu depending on candidate location.

Candidates must be a Filipino citizen or have the right to work in the Philippines.
