Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in business administration sales or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition with a proven record of successful placements.
Experience with Performance-Based Hiring principles.
1-2 years of leadership experience showcasing effective team management and mentorship.
Experience with a focus on remote staffing or a similar field is an advantage.
Exceptional proficiency in Business English.
