Role description:
Site-based Engineer required for Pampanga/Benguet with proven experience in clean room environments or the semiconductor sector. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing installation maintenance and commissioning activities to ensure compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
Role accountabilities:
Monitor and verify that all control systems including hardware software and firmware meet required QA/QC standards specifications and regulatory obligations.
Support the project management team by providing control systems expertise to help monitor and verify successful execution.
Coordinate with and supervise third-party vendors contractors and suppliers to monitor and verify compliance with project requirements and applicable standards.
Identify evaluate and reduce risks associated with control systems to help monitor and verify safety quality and reliability across the project.
Monitor and verify that all control systems comply with applicable laws regulations and industry requirements.
Examine and approve control system designs specifications and documentation to monitor and verify compliance with project requirements and standards.
Undertake inspections and testing of control systems to monitor and verify that project requirements and standards are being met.
Identify and log defects or non-conformities in control systems then work with the project team to resolve them.
Direct and coordinate third-party vendors contractors and suppliers to monitor and verify compliance with project requirements and standards.
Monitor and control the programme and budget to help verify that control systems are delivered on schedule and within the approved budget.
Communicate with the project management team stakeholders and third-party vendors to monitor and verify that all parties remain informed and aligned with project requirements and standards.
Maintain accurate and complete records for control systems including inspection and test records defect logs and vendor documentation.
Capture and document lessons learned during the project to strengthen quality and performance on future work.
Monitor and verify that Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) are properly designed programmed and tested in line with project requirements and standards.
Monitor and verify that Human Machine Interfaces are designed programmed and tested in accordance with project requirements and standards.
Monitor and verify that SCADA systems are designed programmed and tested to comply with project requirements and standards.
Monitor and verify that control panels are correctly designed fabricated and tested to meet project requirements and standards.
Monitor and verify that instrumentation and calibration activities comply with project requirements and standards.
Monitor and verify that the Fire Detection and Alarm System (FDAS) Public Announcement and Voice Alarm (PAVA) System and Access Control System are designed programmed and tested in accordance with project requirements and standards.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualifications
Has 8-10 years experience in Quality Assurance / Quality Control Management
Experience on upscale Construction Projects within hospitality sector
Good knowledge and hands-on experience in External & Internal Quality Audit Programme
Proven knowledge and experience in ISO Quality Management System
Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
Able to communicate with management and Main Client confidently and professionally
